Right to information Act
This is for information of all concerned that Ms. Jumita Saikia, Asstt.
Manager and Mr. Gautam Chintey, Asstt. General Manager have been designated
as Public Information Officer and Appellate Authority of NEDFi respectively
under Right to Information Act.
Mr Chintey and Ms. Saikia are requested to familiarize with the Act and
to start working on the compliance of Act. A photocopy of the Act and a
short note prepared by Administration Department are enclosed herewith for
their reference.
This has approval of the competent authority.
