Sub : Tender for transportation of Goods for IHGF’07 |

NEDFi solicits offers from registered transporters for carriage of
handloom & handicraft items in Two Bid system from different locations
of the North East to Indian Handicraft & Gift Fair to be held at India
Exposition Mart at Greater Noida. The Fair will be organized from 16th
to 19th October,07. The transporter will have to carry the
materials for display and bring it back. The transporter will have to
arrange to collect the materials from the prominent cities of the N.E.
including Gangtok and bring the same to Guwahati for onward
transportation in a truckload from to Noida. They will have to have
collection point in different cities and also a warehouse at Guwahati.
The rates thus solicited are as follows:
1)
Rate per kg for transportation from Dimapur, Imphal, Silchar,
Agartala, Aizwal, Itanagar, Shillong, Gangtok to Guwahati
2)
Rate for full truckload from Guwahati to India Exposition Mart,
Goutam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida
3)
They have to confirm if they can offer service from each of the
cities mentioned above
4)
They are also to confirm if the rates will be same for return of
the goods to its place of origin.
Payment will be released by NEDFi on execution of the whole process of
delivery.
Interested companies are requested to submit their offer in company
letterhead in Two Bid system. The First sealed cover to be super scribed
as “Technical Bid” should contain all the details (except the rate )
solicited including company literature on product & services, its
ability to service each of the points mentioned above, alongwith the
name and address of the contact persons of each of the cities
mentioned, and also any additional detail they want to submit . The
second sealed cover super scribed as “Price Bid” must contain only the
rate solicited above and its validity period. Both the sealed cover to
be put in a third sealed envelope which is to sent to NEDFi Office and
it should be marked as “tender for transportation of goods to IHGF”
Last Date and time of receipt of Offer : 19th
September,2007 : 2.00p.m.
Date of opening of Technical Bid : 19th
September, 2007 : 3.00 p.m.
The
Price Bid will be opened on a later date in presence of the successful
bidders who qualifies in the Technical Bid.
