01.

Total Area : 411 sq. mtr., Space Layout (for map click here)

Octonorm System - 35 stalls. Each stall (1 table, 2 chairs, Racks for display, Dustbin, 1 power point, Spot lights & Facia signage)

03.

Carpeting – Corridor, VIP lounge, Reception area (First grade felt carpet)

04.

Graphics & Signage (canopy structure – corporate branding, exterior façade – North East highlighting event theme)

05.

Traditional roof structure

06.

Entry & Exit canopy

07.

Furniture (reception – customized desk & 2 stools) & (VIP lounge – sofa set & center table)

08.

Lighting (Halogen lights, Spot lights. illumination of canopy with colour washers and all wiring)

09.

Exterior façade

10.

Potted plants and floral decoration

11.

Dismantling, Clearing & Disposal of structures after the Fair

12.

The design of the pavilion should reflect on North East of India themes

Pre Qualification criteria:

  1. Experience: Contractor should submit documentary proof such as work orders and completion certificate.
  2. APPLICATION IS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH SELF-CERTIFICATION OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS BY THE BIDDER.

 

Other details:

Interested Designers & Contractors are requested to submit their quotations along with self-certification in all the documents. The quotations to be submitted in two separate envelops:-1. Technical bid with design & 2. Financial bid. All envelops should be put in one big size envelop and be forwarded to any of the above address.

 

Designers/Contractors are requested to acquaint themselves with the actual site at Hall No. 1A, ITPO guidelines on construction of stalls and other parameters involved with regard to construction of the pavilion.

 

NEDFi reserves the right to issue tender documents and accept/reject any /all tenders in part /full without assigning any reasons thereof.

 

In case of unscheduled holiday on the prescribed “last date of sale tender paper”/ “Opening date of tender”, next working date will be treated as the scheduled prescribed day of the corresponding event. The other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.

 

In case of any dispute the decision of CMD, NEDFi will be final and binding.

1. Feature Height may not exceed 3.5mts

2. No Features to cover the celling

3. Passage mandatory 4mts wide
