GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.       The time frame for the completion of the work will be 45 days from the date of Issue of work order.

2.       Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) as EMD (Earnest money deposit) to be submitted along with the tender form.

3.       Initial Security Money Deposit @ 2% of the tendered cost (less EMD) is to be deposited by the selected firm to NEDFi within 7days from the date of issue of work order.

4.        3% of the tendered cost will be retained as Security money deposit from each running bill.

5.       5% of the tendered cost will be retained for three months from the date of completion of work (as per clause no. 2& 3) and will be paid after the defect liability period (i.e. three months).

6.       All works to be carried out as per design and specifications (description written with all items) and as instructed by NEDFi.

7.      Furnish registration of the firm with various State/Central/public sector agencies.

8.      The firm must have work experiences of minimum three years with a single contract value of minimum Rs. 5 lakhs. Furnish necessary certificates (Zerox copies).
