1. Name & nature of Work : Earth filling works for the proposed Bio Fuel plant at NEDFi’s R&D Centre at Khetri, Kamrup, Assam. (Details mentioned in schedule of works, Annexure-I).
2. Earnest Money Deposit : Rs.10,000/-
3. Time for Completion : 45 days
4. Security Money Deposit : As per general terms and conditions.

In case you are interested you may inspect the site at Khetri and submit the above mentioned Annexure-I duly filled in and signed for having accepted the General, Special terms and Form of tender in one envelope and Annexure-II (Commercial Bid) in another envelope. Both the sealed envelopes be placed in another sealed cover super scribing “QUOTATION/RATES FOR EARTH FILLING WORKS” and the same may be sent to the North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd., Basundhara Enclave, B.K. Kakati Road, Guwahati – 781 007 so as to reach by 26/04/2007 (5:30p.m.).
7. The cost of tender document (non-transferable) is Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) and the same can be obtained during office hours at “NEDFi, Basundhara Enclave, B.K. Kakati Road, Ulubari, Guwahati – 781 007”. Those who download the form from this office website shall have to pay Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) as EMD and Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) as fees for tender document by demand draft.
8. It may please be noted that Contractors who do not fulfill the Pre-qualification requirement will not be considered. Tenders of those agencies who fulfill the terms and conditions (Annexure –I) of pre-qualification requirement will only be opened and will be informed over telephone to be present during the opening of Commercial bid.
