Sub:- Tender Notice for inviting Rates/Quotation for Security Services

The North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd. intends to avail of the services of an Agency for security of its office at Basundhara Enclave, Ulubari Guwahti, NEDFi New Office Site at Dispur, NEDFi Haat R & D Centre, Khetri and NEDFi CMD’s residence for a period of two years from the date of awarding the contract. The following documents, giving full details, are enclosed:

1.	Instruction to tenderers & General Terms and condition (Technical Bid Part-I)	Annexure -I
2.	Specific Terms and conditions (Technical Bid Part-II)	Annexure - II
3.	Technical Bid (Part –III)	Annexure- III
4.	Financial Bid	Annexure - IV

In case you are interested you may inspect the premises and submit the above mentioned annexures as below:-

Duly signed Annexure I, II for having accepted the General and Special terms and conditions and duly filled in Annexure III shall be put in one sealed envelope super-scribing “TECHNICAL BID FOR SECURITY SERVICE. Duly filled in Annexure-IV (Financial Bid) shall be put in another sealed envelope super-scribing – “FINANCIAL BID FOR SECURITY SERVICE Both technical and financial bids shall be put in another sealed envelope super scribing “Tender for Security Service- NEDFi/2010” and the same may be sent to the North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd., Basundhara Enclave, B.K. Kakati Road, Guwahati – 781 007 so as to reach by March 19, 2010(4:00 p.m.)

The cost of tender document (non-transferable & non refundable) is Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) and the same can be obtained during office hours at “NEDFi, Basundhara Enclave, B.K. Kakati Road, Ulubari, Guwahati – 781007 .. Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) in the form of bank demand draft in favour of “North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Limited” payable at Guwahati shall have to be paid. Draft shall put in the Technical Bid Envelope. Tenders received without EMD will be disqualified. Those who download the form from this office website www.nedfi.com shall have to pay additional sum of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) by a separate demand draft which shall also be put in Technical Bid envelope.

It may please be noted that Agencies who do not fulfil the Pre-qualification requirement will not be considered for bid. Tenders of those agencies who fulfil the terms and conditions (Annexure –I, II & III) of pre-qualification requirement will only be opened and will be informed over telephone to be present during the opening of Financial bid.
