B.  LCD PROJECTOR, SCREEN

For LCD Projector,  minimum resolution reuired will be : 1024 × 768 and intensity : 2000 L umen, remote, warranty terms.   Screen have to be supplied by them and if not supply - they should arrange them.

A.  PHOTOCOPIER MACHINE

Digital Photo copier machine with minimum speed 15PPM. A3/Bypass/Zoom Facility. Stabilizer cost shuld be inclusive.

Party have to clearly mention about CSMA/FSMA/TG/AMC scheme with rate offered by them. As after sales service is important Parties are advised to submit offer only for those places, where they can provide after sales service and they should be in a position for another four year to give service after the expiry of warranty.

Offer for single place may also be considered, provided they have good service there. Otherwise they can mention the name of the places where they want to supply and install the items. Place of supply is -Gantok Branch, Itanagar Branch, Imphal Branch, Dimapur Branch, Shillong Branch, Aizwal Branch. For detail Address see Annexure - (A) below.

B.  INVERTER WITH BATTERY

Branded Digital Inverter with minimum 800VA, Two year warranty. Battery Should be 12V, 150AH Capacity with warranty and of reputed make. Troley.

The rate should be inclusive of all taxes, but advised to give the brak-up.

After sales service is important, so parties are advised to submit offer only for those places, where they can provide after sales service and they should be in a position for another four year to give service after the expiry of warranty. AMC rate should have to be provided.

Offer for single place may also be considered, provided they have good service there. Otherwise they can mention the name of the places where they want to supply and install the items. Place of supply and installation is -Gantok Branch, Itanagar Branch, Imphal Branch, Dimapur Branch, Shillong Branch, Aizwal Branch, Agartala Branch. C.  ONLINE UPS

1 KV Online UPS - 2Hour BackUP/ Minimum VAH - 3200VAH/ Battery Voltage - 12V/ No of Battery - 16/ Bus Voltage - 192/ Charging Current 2 Amp.

UPS shall be free from workmanship defect, sharp edges, nicks, scratches, burs etc. All fasteners shall be fixed properly. The equipment shall be complete with all parts and all parts shall be functional. Manual and static by-pass switch shall be provided for maintenance of UPS. UPS shall supply output power and charging current at the same time. Switching device shall be IGBT & above 20 KHz. Output Voltage 230V +/-1% (with alternative setting for 220V +/-1%), 50 + 0.5Hz single phase. Overload- UPS shall withstand 25% overload for 10 minutes and 50% overload for one minute.

DGS&D Specified model will be preffered.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
                                        

  1. Offer from a party should reach the following address in a closed envelop by the 3PM, 13/03/2008

  2. Party should clearly mention the name of the item for which they are submitting the tender on the top of the envelop, followed by Tender no.
                
  3. The rate for all the items should be inclusive of taxes and no extra money shall be payable on any account. But they are advised to give breakout if any.
                   
  4. Multiple rate of a single item will not be considered.
                    
  5. If a party supply only to a single place, they may quote the place. They have the option to quote all the branch as well as two-three places also. In that case, they have to specify the place and mention the nearest service center name, where they will provide after sales service.
                         
  6. The quotation shall remain open for a period of 15 days. The last date of receiving the offer is 14/03/08 upto 3PM by hand or by post. No offer will be granted thereafter. Tender will be open on the next NEDFi working day at 3PM. They can send representatives if they want to present on the opening day.
                      
  7. Sussessful bidders have to supply the items within 20 days of receiving the order or 25 days from giving the order form NEDFi, whichever is earlier.
                                        
  8. An EMI of @5% of Tender value quoted by them will have to pay along with the tender in the form of Demand Draft in favour "NEDFi". This EMI is refundable to unsuccessful bidders. If successful bidder fails to supply as per the terms and conditions, the EMI will be forfeited. No interest on EMI is applicable.
                      
  9. NEDFi reserves the right to consider any offer found suitable for them and also reject if found not suitable upto the requirement. No party should not claim the honour if their offer is not considered.
