we, NEDFi is in the process of inviting a limited tender for supply, installation & commissioning of Rack Server at NEDFi HO. Accordingly, you are requested to submit your bid as mentioned below: -

A.    Requirement:

  • Warranty: 5 Years On-site Warranty (NBD)

B.     Other Terms & Conditions:

a)      Only hard copy of the proposal shall be accepted. All pages of the proposal shall be sealed & signed by the authorized signatory of the bidder. Only sealed enveloped proposal shall be accepted.

b)      Bidder should be responsible for providing the warranty & after sale support of the items.

c)      Bidder should have office in Guwahati. KYC documents of the bidder like PAN and Proof of Address etc. should be submitted along with tender.

d)      Bid Security:  The bidder need to submit an EMD amounting Rs. 3,000/- (rupees three thousand only) as bid security. The EMD of the successful bidder will be fore fitted if they cannot complete the work within time-frame. EMD of un-successful bidder will be returned after the finalization of the bid. Bid without EMD will not be considered.

e)      The successful bidder's bid security will be discharged upon furnishing the performance security.

f)       Performance Security:  The selected bidder shall furnish performance security to NEDFi in the form of Bank Guarantee / DD for an amount equal to 5% of the value of purchase order before releasing of final payment.

g)      The Performance Security will be discharged by NEDFi after a period of 5 years from the date of completion of the work.

h)      The selected bidder must complete the project within 45-days from the date of work order.

i)       Payment: Payment will be 100% against successful supply, installation & commissioning of the items.

j)       NEDFi reserves the right to cancel/reject/terminate/amend the tender at any stage with/without assigning any reason thereof. Bid submitted after the last date/time of submission, incomplete documents and ineligible bid will be rejected. The decision taken by NEDFi will be final and binding to the bidder.

k)      For any queries, interested parties can contact/email on or before 19.01.2021.

l)       If there is any arbitration, the jurisdiction will be at Guwahati only.

m)   Bidder hast to submit their technical bid as per the format given in “ANNEXURE-A & ANNEXURE-B”.

n)      All quoted product should be compatible and should not be end of life or nearing end of life

o)      Bidder shall have to submit their Financial Bid as per format given in “ANNEXURE-C”

p)      Selection Procedure: All the eligible & technically qualified bidder will be allowed to participate in the “Financial Bidding” and the Bidder with “Lowest Bid Value” will be awarded the Job.
