On the occasion of the hon’ble prime minister’s visit to Shillong on the 27th of may 2016, NEDFi observed "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" at Shillong as well as at all the branch offices of NEDFi across the North Eastern states.

NEDFi at its HQ premises at Guwahati as well as at all the 14-Branch Offices premises located at various location in the North East of India observed the "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Mission" on 2nd October, 2015.
In this connection, officials of NEDFi participated in a cleanliness drive followed by a Mass Oath Ceremony on "Cleanliness".
