Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission :

1. Online transaction charges are not part of the Fee. The following transaction charges shall be applicable:

02	Net banking Transaction Processing Fee –	Rs. 17/- Per Transaction for major banks SBI, AXIS, HDFC,ICICI Rs. 12/- per Transactions for other banks
03	Debit Card (RuPay) Transaction Processing Fee –	NIL
04	Debit Card (Visa/Master) Transaction Processing Fee –	0.90% of Transaction value (to be borne by Entity)

2. GST and other tax / taxes, if any applicable, will be charged in addition.

Refund / Cancellation Policy :

Multiple Payments Case : If double/multiple payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, NEDFi will refund the excess payment after the NEDFi’s account receives the amount.

Other Payments Case : In all other cases where there is a discrepancy/ dispute in the fee paid, the candidate needs to directly contact NEDFi and theNEDFi’s decision in this regards would be fixed and final.
